We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail or in-store within 7 days of purchase. See below for exceptions.
We have a 7 days return policy, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at email@maxys.online. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, this means that you will receive a full refund less any shipping costs unless we have made a mistake with your order, whereby, we will cover the return costs.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
